PETRA NEMCOVA TO HOST A ‘BIRTHDAY BENEFIT' WHICH WILL BENEFIT HER CHARITY, THE HAPPY HEARTS FUND

New York, July 5th- Humanitarian and Supermodel, Petra Nemcova, has teamed up with GENLUX Magazine and Lesly Bernard's Tillman's lounge in Manhattan to celebrate her birthday, as well as her GEN LUX Magazine cover shot my fashion and celebrity photographer Marc Baptiste. The event will take place tomorrow, Wednesday, July 6th, and will also benefit her "Happy Hearts Fund" (HHF) through a live auction and raffle that will include unique items she acquired while competing on the hit ABC show Dancing With the Stars (DWTS). Petra participated in the show and raised important awareness for children who are forgotten affected by natural disasters.

The live auction will also include original photography by fashion and celebrity photographer Marc Baptiste and health and well being package from world renowned Dr Ash MD and Acupuncturist and Eastern Medicine specialist Juhi Singh. The auction will reach a crescendo with the final item: a one hour dancing lesson with Petra and a professional dancer at "Dance With Me Studios" which is owned by DWTS dancers Maksim Chmerkovskiy and Tony Dovolani and located in New York City.

The raffle will include (Amongst other things) an official DWTS promotional poster hand-signed by all of the season twelve-cast members including the overall winner, and Super Bowl MVP, Hines Ward.

Confirmed celebrity guests include Emmy Award winning actress and DWTS runner -up, Kirstie Alley, as well as music and fashion mogul and HHF Advisory board member, Russell Simmons.

Happy Hearts Fund is a registered 501c3 foundation dedicated to improving children's lives through educational and sustainable programs in natural disaster areas. Globally, HHF is active in nine countries and has built/ rebuilt 51 schools, and kindergartens. Since inception the programs have benefited more than 33,000 children and 335,000 community members.
